true.
but if laws were followed by the Authorities and the Civilians themselves (site owner), the site should have been well protected to ensure no unauthorized entry.

but huko watu wa cables na wengine wanachimba shimo na kuacha ikiwa tu hivyo ata hakuna barriers ama warning tape. (though they are trying on the tapes). Shimo zinabaki hivyo ata 2 years.
