Former MCA aspirant Denis Mutegi Mbae dies after being shot by unknown people at Dallas estate, Embu town. Reports indicate that his car was sprayed with 14 bullets living him in a pool of blood & he succumbed to the injuries on arrival at embu level 5 hospital where he was taken for medication.
The news of the gunning down of a notorious Embu criminal gang leader has sparked celebrations across the county and it’s immediate neighbours.
Dennis Mbae; a man who was infamous for masterminding house break-ins, robbery and illegal sale of electronics, vehicle parts and household items, theft of livestock, drug smuggling, grand theft auto, muggings and all manner of crimes breathed his last courtesy of a spray of bullets by an unknown gunman who had trailed him on his way home.
The relieving breeze reassuring Embu residents of peace continues to sweep across the land like a sweet fragrance, following confirmation of the felling of the godfather of crime in the region. Nobody is mourning the crook, apart from his disciples, who I predict will also be kaput in a matter of days. We are happy the rascal is no more. Kudos to the shooter!

Dennis Mutegi Mbae alias Mbuyu who vied on a maendeleo chap chap ticket in 2017 succumbed to internal bleeding after his car was Sprayed with bullets.
Some describe him as a very philanthropic businessman who helped the less fortunate but according to security agencies he was something else.
According to an intelligence source who we cannot reveal for security reasons say MBAE was a marked man. He had been on the radar of security agencies for DRUG trafficking and he was operating a gang called "vijana wa mbae" who were breaking into houses and shops and stealing electronics and gas cylinders which would be taken to MBAE and he would sell as second hand goods.
MBAE was so much feared in the under world that people feared mentioning his name. Even JUNIOR COPS feared nabbing his bhang since mbae would make a call to "MKUBWA" and the officer would be transferred to remote areas like Mandera or Wajir.
He unfortunately met his death near bonanza after a red SIENTA believed to be carrying unidentified UNDERCOVER sleuths opened fire firing 20 bullets.

Hii ni speculation.
But Mbae was the ultimate fence. Buying and selling whatever stolen merchandise that was brought to him. If you tracked your stolen chicken or cow to him before he had disposed of it he released it to you without fuss.
