DCI tale of the Day - Masquerading Thugs

There is something disturbing about this whole thing. One, the lads seem to be lost; they seem to have no idea what is happening. Two, the one in a dress does not seem to be masquerading as anything; that looks like his regular wear. You would not masquerade as a woman with such a face and legs and shoes. Three, the 'crude' weapons are regular household items in some circles. They could be victims of 'something has to be done.'

Kijana household items? Unaishi wapi. My question though who the fuck carriers anything of importance while jogging?
A kitchen knife, a panga, a hammer, a piece of metal, an axe, a rungu etc can all be classified as crude weapons if found on you in some circumstances. In some rough quarters, it is normal for adolescent cliques to carry these items to defend against others of their kind.

There is absolutely nothing connecting the two characters to the cited crimes. The curator at DCI has done a good job at convincing his readers that they have nabbed the criminals, even though there is no conclusive evidence linking them to the crime. This could have been anyone carrying anything that could be construed as a crude weapon.

What was a knife, chain and rusty njora doing in their possession, in an area where muggings and carjackings have become rampant?

Do you activists pause to re read your posts, or are you paid per post?

Nobody walks around with those weapons, not even Mexican landscapers.. Be serious.
