1. Tax relief to persons earning 24,000 and below

5. National treasury to reduce VAT rate from 16-14%

6. Government allocates 10billion to the elderly,orphans and disadvantaged

7. President and Deputy to received a reduced salary by 80%, CSs -30%

8. Employees aged 50yrs and above to take leave

No idea, but I guess its better than giving guys a whole 24 hours to mingle and roam outside. May reduce the probability of transmission by 30% (statistic pulled from... ah forget it)
