Ruto is ur guy because you've said/insinuated so in other posts before.
Its not rocket science that anyone who points a finger at Martha for defending kibaki in 07 believes raila won(and for that matter, did not steal).
You need to re-read those posts. In any case, I am not responsible for you coming to the wrong conclusion or having flawed comprehension processes.

I clearly mentioned that at this moment, Ruto is the person to beat. He is pushing the right buttons and saying the right things and IF there is no other candidate who is seeing things in a similar manner, THEN he may be the one to win.

Read and understand the context of the caplitalised words.

How that translates into he is my preferred candidate has to come from a mind that has made several hundred convoluted assumptions to reach that conclusion.

It is not rocket science, true, but it is flawed logic to assume that whoever castigates Kibaki's theft automatically thinks Raila is innocent. Honestly, that is very pathetic and backward of you that you can't think beyond binary options.

Of course they both stole, but to defend someone who swore themselves in at night without leaving room for arbitration, then setting the police loose on mwananchi, I cannot support that, just as I won't support Ruto for his role in the same events.

Exactly at what time was Kibaki sworn in? And why?

Answer these without beating the bush and earn my respect...

Kibaki was sworn in at night, instead of during the day at Uhuru Park in a similar manner to when he first came to office.

He was sworn in at night after placing considerable pressure on kivuitu to declare false results. The reason was to prevent any petitions to do a vote recount.

Sir, please answer the two questions precisely and concisely. Please. 1. Exactly at what time was Kibaki sworn in. 2.Why?

I have already answered you. If you are not satisfied with the answer, that is your problem.
Sir, once again I respectfully ask you, EXACTLY AT WHAT TIME WAS KIBAKI SWORN IN? EXACTLY. Secondly, why was this done?

'Night' is not an exact point in time.
