I beg to differ.The government can force/or even jail you if you refuse to take medication if you are sick. E.g. Tuberculosis (TB). Reason being you might effect other citizens .

For covid , its still new issue, we even don't know how to react. The vaccine has been developed in a very short time so many people are still not sure how to react.
