The timing when extracting has to be just right; take out the ngarango before the extraction is complete or fail to keep turning and whoever takes the ngarango will have need the big roll tissue paper, take out too late and the burnt taste and flavor remains in the tallow.
The ngarango is also really good kwa mútura. Especially when mixed with raw blood and meat. Remember never reheat mútura, once it's ready, even if it gets cold just take it as is.
