Containers would only make sense if you got them for free.
Very true, because on average one will cost 250k as @Meria apparently told the old man of the village.
Then logistics to move it, mark you, if you have a family set up, you maybe looking at two containers.
That is 500k already, then you need to set up the foundation assuming you already have land.
Then the cladding and reinforcement.this is where you may save depending on quality of your build and finishing.

Container delivered to site and placed on the foundation will range btwn 340 - 350k. Container ya 250k kupata bila connection ni tricky.

I watched thtis video 3 days ago and i forgot about it untill today when i got a recommendation on a follow up video....... Apparently people went full retard on her to the extent of racially profiling her for telling the truth.

There is one we are dealing with. Mtwapa.Simple stalls.
The containers cost 4.2m, but the extra costs have so far exceeded 13M!!

Kule south Sudan very many homes, offices and hotels have been built using shipping containers. And to me they looked fine and not small
She's referring in comparison to the American market.
But in reality the size is OK for two people.
