She is absolutely right, especially when such mortgages are tied to the type of suburban development she mentioned, homes that hardly hold up for 20 years.

Then logistics to move it, mark you, if you have a family set up, you maybe looking at two containers.
That is 500k already, then you need to set up the foundation assuming you already have land.
Then the cladding and reinforcement.this is where you may save depending on quality of your build and finishing.

But in reality the size is OK for two people.
