Somewhere in Langata is this upcoming residential development that is entirely made of concrete instead of cut stone.

Discussion is rife on whether that makes sense, economically, aesthetically and in the overall structural advantage.

The intial investment on form work is super expensive...... The tech has bn steadily gaining popularity since it was first introduce to kenya by homex housing.
This was their first project....


Kabogo's igutas paradise homes also utilized this tech..


The tech was adapted from southkorea..... currently we have several ongoing project around the country

^^^ vile @RANDY $ amesema, for the initial investment in formwork to make sense, you have to reuse it multiple times. Therefore this method only makes financial sense if you are doing a project with many repetitive units
The tech practical for developers but pia mkenya wa kwaida hajawachwa nyuma....... boylene magic wall and china wu - yi are providing precast technology services to the common mwanachi.

What kind of savings are we talking here? Is it cost, time or quality of work?
