Hustler fund was just a political trick to get votes...just like the Youth Enterprise Development Fund in Konyagi time....the next big thing you will hear about hustler fund is a big missing money scandals and totally undeserving well connected individuals getting millions in hustler find loans + thousands of deserving wanjiku types complaining about inability to access the funds.
