Echesa is out on 1 million cash bail and 3 million bond. Monica Juma was not arrested, because her signature was most likely falsified. The other suspects seem to be a bunch of men from JaKuon's backyard.
Now, a doctored photo has emerged on social media that is supposed to place June Ruto (Kenya's Charge d' Affaires to Poland) next to Rashid Echesa at a military hardware show. She or her lookalike is shown clapping behind a scary looking shiny weapon.
Unfortunately, the same idiots who have produced 'evidence' of vote-rigging and other intrigues for Baba are bungling it again.
Photoshop is not for fools.
My theory: after his brothel in Ruaka was raided, Echesa was told that he had to do a set-up job for the BBI gang or face charges. That has become the standard drill (Sonko, Waititu, Kuria, Obado ...). Rashid Echesa is the least intelligent person for such a job, and the results are obvious.
