Let's call it a health beverage.
Ground Cardamon
Ground Cloves
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Black pepper
Lemon
Water
Sugar or honey.
Mix all the above, 1 part each except for black pepper (use half or quarter part for black pepper). In this case 1 tablespoonful for each for the top 3 and quarter to half tablespoonful for the blackpepper.
Make black tea with your kawaida tealeaves to taste. As it boils add 1 teaspoonful of the above mixture and leave to boil well together. When ready serve with (sugar or honey to taste) being optional. Squeeze half lemon juice. Note that one teaspoonful is for use for 4 cups of tea.
This health beverage when used on the regular, ie. 3 to 4 days a week on the minimum your and family will remarkedly observe a reduction first in respiratory infections, colds n flu, and later on resistance to generally common health issues. Encourage the young ones to love this beverage by reducing amount of black pepper at first, then increase volume slowly. Has no side effects and can be taken anytime with any meal.
