Business offer admin can't resist

I want to buy this website.

There are 17k members. 16,970 of these members are dormant members. These ones I value them at KShs 1bob each. They will not drive traffic to this site at all.

Then there are 30 members who used to be very active before Mid March. I won't mention names but @admin you know them. Each one of these members I value them at KShs 5k each since they drive traffic and made the site alive.

However, the 30 members are no longer active and therefore admin will have to take a haircut of 50% on their value since there is a risk they will not come back at all.

My proposal is thus as follows:

KShs 16,970 for dormant members
KShs 150,000 for the 30 members
KShs (75,000) haircut for members who left

Total purchase price = KShs 91,970.
