People need to be educated that between now and when a vaccine comes out, masks and handwashing is our only saviour. Actually there will be no economic recovery without masks. Sadly I feel the government is not passing this message strongly enough. I've not seen on TV the videos showing how masks stop the virus. E.g. Before Uhuru or Kagwe speaks, those are the times to educate the people about masks. Before 7pm and 9pm news. Radio is quite popular in Kenya, but do the hosts educate the listeners on need for wearing masks ama its business as usual kazi ya gossiping?

The main problem is the approach by law enforcement on this issue.
The animal approach should not be used in this instance as the aim is to encourage people to wear and make them aware of why they need to.
Maybe police need a buried in how to deal with this matter.
