What is holding back the blacks?
1) White liberals - provide an atmosphere in which these counter-productive cultures are being celebrated and perpetuated, without examining the consequences
2) Black leaders (Race hustlers) - Leaders of lagging groups around the world promote policies that are counter-productive to the same groups. If these groups assimilated the values and achievements of the larger society, they would have no more need for these leaders. These leaders are therefore incentivized to lead the people into things that don't help the people, but will help the leaders.
