Joe Biden made VERBAL error when he said that 120 million Americans have died from COVID-19. That gaffe brought @Okiya a whole day of gloating, and negative assessments of the Democratic candidate's. It fizzled out rather fast for lack of substance.

Here is Mike Pence's own slip-of-the tongue. This time, we are not dealing with a verbal gaffe. No, this is about actual DEATHS that have taken place during a period in which he is supposed to be at the helm of the USA's corona response effort (=Drumpf's fall guy!) .

I dont understand this argument at all. 500 people died and some politician claims victory? This is a health issue siyo politics. I don't understand why the conservatives made this a political issue. It's very stupid and will cost a lot of lives. Why does a villager loud mouth think that they are more knowledgeable about diseases than a university teacher?

So what should be the alternative? Close the economy until an undefined (unknowable) time when there will be a vaccine or effective treatment? Anyone with a basic understanding of economics should understand how moronic such a proposition is! That's like trying to kill a mosquito in your living room by detonating a bomb. You'll succeed, but you'll also destroy everything else in the room.

We asked for this initially, to stop all flights and movements into our country, but the experts said we should welcome everybody and to stop being xenophobic. They even fired and tried jailing someone who filmed those planes landing at JKIA.

New Zealand is a fairly isolated (an island) high income economy. 80 percent of Kenyans live on hand-to-mouth income, but you some how think what worked in New Zealand will work in Kenya. That's lack of imagination..
