Tusker already booked a place in the CECAFA Kagame Cup. With about 6 games to go, seems like its a 2 horse race between Tusker and KCB to öfficially"win it.
will Tusker be able to hold on the slim lead and carry the trophy?

AFC and Gor face off again. about a month ago, both were titile contenders, but have endured bad spells since (or lack of interest since Tusker we given automatic qualifications before the league ends). will either team win and satrt a resurgence or will they share the spoils?

Football supporters have expressed mixed reactions after the unveiling of the new Football Kenya Federation Premier League trophy which was unveiled on Wednesday.

The wait for the 24-carat trophy has dragged on, with FKF President Nick Mwendwa confirming to Goal its arrival had been hindered by the Covid-19 pandemic traveling protocols and, initially, there was uncertainty whether the winning team will take home a trophy when the season ends on August 22.

FKF.

There have been murmurs that the amount given to the winner is small but the FA chief feels teams should applaud whatever is given to them
Football Kenya Federation Premier League president Nick Mwendwa has reminded Premier League clubs that the Ksh5 million prize money awarded to the winner is not meant to recover the season's costs.

Giving an example of the South African and the English leagues, Mwendwa stated the money for the winner is always a small amount that can not in any way help clubs run their affairs without a struggle.

Mathare is crawling out of the relegation zone and has at least 4 games to ensure safety.

who will win, who will be relegated. 4 games to go (others 3)

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and BetKing have ‘mutually’ agreed to terminate the Sh1.2 billion sponsorship deal.
The decision was jointly announced by BetKing country Director Ivana Ristic and FKF president Nick Mwendwa on Friday, August 5, 2021.

Via a statement, BetKing Country Director Ivana Ristic and FKF president Nick Mwendwa, opted to end their partnership on mutual consent with four matches to go to the end of this season.

“FKF and BetKing Kenya jointly announce that we have reached a mutual agreement to terminate our existing sponsorship contracts for the BetKing Premier League and BetKing Division One League,” read part of the statement.

The statement further stated that FKF appreciates the impact BetKing sponsorship has had on the two leagues and Kenyan football and the gaming firm said it will continue to be involved in the growth of football more at the grassroots level.
