poleni, licence ni mangapi?
Scrap metal huuzwa mtamboni kupitia agents. Mtambo hua na minimum supply quantity which is almost impossible for an ordinary collector to attain. That is where the agent huingiliana. When you take your 14 tons zinawekwa kwa account ya your agent who has several other buyers like you with tens of tons and together they become thousands of tons for the agent. In short, a scrap metal agent is a refined name for a broker.
