Subject: KCSE 2020 EXAMINATION IRREGULARITY INCIDENT REPORT/it was reported vide OB 18/08/04/2021 by No.24PC(w) N LUYEMBA through mobile phone that to day the 8th day of April 2021 while manning 2020 Kcse examination at st James MADIBO sec school MR XR .523553 about 20 km south of the station examination center No.35in company of No. 113 PC WESELY , while going round she discovered one male candidate index No.3562911009/Radom N0.50216788009 Namely SIFUNA WANJALA EDWIN in possession of smuggled written unauthorized material related to the examination paper (Biology paper ii) which was on progress ,she alerted the invigilator one Mrs.SALOME MAKAKA of TSC no. 493929 who in turn shouted to the officer that she was overstepping her mandate in the process the officer managed to secure the alleged smuggled unauthorized written material and when she approached the deputy center one MR. Joseph Ogutu to give back her mobile phone to report the incident to her immediate supervisor , he declined and instead teamed up with the invigilator and joined by another invigilator one Mr Solomon W.Moroni of TSC no.575364 in protest to the officer's actions (.) Confrontation ensured , the center manager Mr DAGLAUS WAFULA reported the matter to the sub county director education nambale , scene visited necessary action taken , the appointing authority TSC suspended and terminated the appointment of the affected teachers and sort appointments of new team to man the center case p.u.I area left calm ,more information to follow(.)
