Garissa COUNTY Vs Ruiru constituency.

Population: Almost same figure in the two.

CDF ALLOCATION.
Ruiru- 100M.
Garissa county.
1. Garissa Township constituency- 100M
2. Fafi- 100M
3. Dadaab- 100M
4. Lagdera- 100M
5. Balambala- 100M
6. Ijara- 100M.
Garissa, with almost the same population as Ruiru Constituency receives 600M while Ruiru receives 100M only.
It means; that for every 1 shilling Ruiru gets, Garissa gets 6.
Are Ruiru residents children of a lesser god? We must say no to this injustice!

Oh please let us drop the pretense. The same legislators are planning to pass a law entitling ALL past and present MPs since 1994 100k per month up to their death.

How did the above formula get passed?
Not all of them,its 1994-2001.

The allocations should be proportionate based on people. We should not have a situation where every secondary school child in constituency A gets bursary whether their children can pay or not while in constituency B deserving cases (very poor kids) get a flat rate of shs 2000 because they are too many.
Devils advocate, could this be because in constituency A there are very few schools hence few students vs B where its overflowing with schools

Central and Nairobi all know that all devolved money comes back to Nairobi and Kiambu, stolen and invested in properties or used to buy useless shit like expensive cars and glittery furniture.

This Kikuyu chauvinism card has been used way too often. Uhuru and his extended family have eaten and will eat no matter what the senators and MPigs decide. Others like Moses Kuria already chomped CDF money like nothing with their family members. They just want more to steal.

It is because the population is so low hence they have few schools because they have no need for them and the ones they have are not in full capacity because even their translation rates are low (kwanza girls after class seven, eight just disappear into the baby factory). Secondly the elite in those places will not take their children to local schools but to Moi Mbiruri and Meru school. The schools there are for the very poor and it is why the elite never speak up when teachers are shot dead for spot...well, until TSC pulls out its teachers and they see an opportunity to claim marginalization....which they use to justify more money...
