Annoying Ads- Wadau Saidieni Cucu

I recently upgraded from an iPad to an android tablet coz you guys have been praising android for years. Now my problem is the ads. Like when typing this thread, an ad just popped up and filled the whole screen. Some ads are even worse and come at the most inappropriate time when watching a video. Yaani everything stops until the ad runs its course.

What can I use to keep off these ads? I really don't mind the ones on top of this page coz those don't distract me. Am worried about those that fill my screen and stop me from doing what am doing.
