Huyo mwingine does zero work. Kazi ni kutangatanga campaigning for past 5yrs. Can you imagine hiring someone to run your kiosk but he is is never at the kiosk and kazi ni kutangatanga 24/7 kwa shopping centre enjoying himself on the salary you pay him. The pest should have been fired/impeached 2018. We taxpayers are tired of carrying the dead weight for so many yrs. Punda amechoka.
