This is the second time Air France aborted landing JKIA in about a month. On 18th of last month (Sept. 18th) AF aborted the first approach after the good the pilots noticed an aircraft is still on the runway. I have no idea how that could have possibly happened! Ground crew always have to clear an approaching aircraft to land after making sure the runway is clear!

That sounds like a lapse in judgement in the control tower, which I'd say sounds fishy, and now a second cancellation, then the Uk's fiasco?
Something is off

Why Air France ? Too much coincidence for comfort.
