Air Crash In Nepal

The way that plane banked, almost flipping over, doesn't seem normal to me. The FB clip reinforces my suspicions that the crash was due to human 'error', like the pilot blacking out or something....a 'normal' plane crash takes longer....

Could it be that the phone he was using to go live interfered with the airplanes internal systems? People are usually advised to turn off their phones while in the airplane

Not really.
People are advised to switch to flight mode because phone signals can interfere with the Satnav systems of the plane & ground control.
It's got nothing to do with the mechanical aspect of flying a big bird.

Waah! This now and explains what happened. The left engine caught fire/exploded. The pilot was unable to correct the thrust by the right engine, either by turning it of/ reducing power, leading to the entire plane rolling to one side. The fact that he was so near the ground reduced the time he needed to make this correction.

Sad.
