African polygamous relationships in the UK, US, Canada or Australia

If one is in a polygamous relationship sanctioned and conducted in a country that allows such, they can emigrate to UK and their relationship will be recognised as valid.
Arab Sheikhs routinely bring their four wives and hordes of children to UK without any obstacles at all.

What can never happen though is someone officially marrying more than one wife in the UK’s soil.
No Sheikh, Minister or Civil Marriage Official will officiate a marriage while being fully aware that it is potentially a polygamous one, without incurring the wrath of the State.
Bigamy is a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment, fine and probation thereafter.

As for Somalis, this is how they get away with it:
They only officially marry the very first wife in the UK. The others are culturally married, married outside UK or kept as concubines without being officially declared as such.
Since, for some strange reasons the women are happy to go along, the Somali women get all the support from their husbands, on top of the State Benefits.
Since no marriage law has been broken by such an arrangement, all is swell.
If the man stopped supporting the kids and the wives, they are reported to Authorities for not giving Child Support.
Now, those women are mostly already in Social Housing receiving full State Benefits. They have no motivation to upset the cart by reporting their alleged husbands since they might also be found guilty of having concealed the monies they get from them and they will have to pay back all the Benefits they have received by false declarations.
They therefore continue calling themselves “so and so wife” amongst themselves but never officially. They don’t change their surnames to their husbands as is universally the case.

Canada, Australia and UK are all commonwealth countries and have similar laws.
I therefore suspect the same shenanigans happens in all these jurisdictions.

Not possible. I can only bring one legally. But I will beat the system and both of them will be here in London soon
I would be careful not to call it “beat the system” for it is actually nothing of the sort.

In order to have your wives there, they will as a matter of necessity, apply their own individual visas and residents’ permits without mentioning you as a husband.
This will invariably be more expensive than a “Family Reunion” which is easy, straight-forward and cheap, if you followed right channels instead of beating the system.

Now, if in future you need to apply for family benefits, eg housing or schooling, how will you do so with two wives?

Importantly, if there ever came a time when your assets need to be distributed to your wife, as your next of kin, who will that be? Will the other party not cause ruckus knowing very well that UK does not recognise bigamy?

They're all eligible for Tier 2 skilled worker visa.
The costs you are mentioning as expensive are just one off costs. And these will be recovered easily through costs saved from the free education

@Tiiga Waana
Tiiga Waana just gave a very good explanation why you can get both wives to Randan,
I am also impressed with her pointing out vile Somalis, both men and women ni wajajanja on this topic.
