It's misleading ,I can confirm that . I am connected to the grid but the power is not usable . Customers kama sisi should be counted as a third of a customer . The only permanent relationship na kplc is the drop cable from the pole to the house .The voltage is below 170 volts 80% of the time .Fridge guard and AVS are always on red status .With my small resources I have invested in solar and recently SVS .
