Court rooms are too small, there are more than 60 parties each with a battery of lawyers, a tent is much more practical to avoid crowding

I am not following conclusively but I find it very difficult to see how any argument supersedes that of the high court. Their judgment was so conclusive, it would have been futile appealing it.
