Did that all alone and with knowledge gained when I was taught woodwork by Mr. Ndururi eons ago. When we were taught lessons that last for a lifetime with emphasis on gaining the knowledge for practical utilization.
This background,has put me on a collision course with 'some' people when I am seen not to be encouraging the youngin that I call my son to 'read' to pass his exams so that he can go to a 'good' highschool. Once,I refused to pay for tuition but paid for guitar lessons for the progeny. And to ensure he attended,took him there personally for two weeks. Soon he will accompany me to go laying pipe. He got to be taught life's lessons.

Very good for my mental wellbeing.

Lost my two sows and 16 piglets to ASF. Finally after kukaza ilinipata. Will still dust myself again and engage again more viciously. @Mongrel , at Ndumboini munanunuaje per kg.
Foot and mouth iko kwa wingi pia wakulima wanaona shida.

This is only a running coop. If it rains they get inside a separate building... And do not lose hope. We all depend on hope when doing some of these things. Hope that our actions will be fruitful and repay our efforts.

Ata while we congratulate you Scumbaga for putting your hands to work, this is a poor way of keeping chicken - kwanza ati how old are those chicks?

If not the cold, it will be the rain. If not the rain it will be animals that you only hear about. Unaskianga kwenu hakuna nyoka but utapata moja huko ndani ikiwa imefura tumbo. Hehe

Lift that makeshift kibanda of the ground, set a proper roof alafu mwaga some maranda or sawdust on the floor. Insulate that coup as much as possible zisibebwe na kiheho.

Niga....I said its a running coop. For the chicks to spend the day. At night they are housed in the building whose door you can see in the pics. Sijaanza kulea kuku jana nani.
