7 Years presidential term

I am for this idea after reading the reasons BBI Task force has given to support it.

However i have two questions or rather concerns which are given below

1. Will the sitting president accomplish enough projects during the 7yrs period.
2. Handover to the next regime,will they be compelled to finished incomplete projects or they will discard them and start their own.

They seem not to have addressed that clearly.

But Uhuru made a 180 turn on Kibaki projects. Any new regime coming in will initiate new programs and projects, for the sole purposes of eating.

Whatever did go wrong, the solution didn't lie in not having another term as it seems.

I think it's still under development with auxiliary infrastructure projects like water (Thwake Dam) and still under development.
