Gatheca has spent his term exhibiting bad governance. Which is why those who are opposed to BBI even before seeing the report because changing the constitution does not make Kenya a good example of good governance. Gatheca's rule has been rife with human rights violations and disregard of the rule of law. We have had people in key positions in government implement the law impartially. There has been no participation of mwananchi in very key decisions which have plunged this country into debt. Gatheca's government has not been accountable to the people. Yeye na Raila wake wanyamaze na wangojee term ya Gatheca iishe na waondokee kabisa. they should be the last people to sing about good governance.
