How to grow your own chemical free sukuma wiki and spinach

Requirements
1.Three old sacks pierced into small holes
2.soil(top soil)
3.Farm yard manure
4.seedlings
Procedure
mix soil with your farmyard manure at a ratio of 3:1
Fill the sacks with mixed soil
Then plant your seedlings
Water them daily in the morning and evening

there you are after 6 weeks you will be producing your own sukuma and spinach free of chemicals
