You know what? devlution was introduced ostensibly to take development everywhere. But I foresee that in 30 years it would have enhanced inequality. Because they are near Nairobi and are much visible, counties in the Mt kenya region will continue to benefit from transparent leadership than say Busia or Kilifi. See what happened to YT2 and Sonko? Then look at how gavanas of places like Laikipia, Nakuru and Nyeri are working pole pole without much corruption. Contrast that to Bungoma or Samburu.
