For someone to think that the peasants have a title issued by the govt on govt land is the height of ignorance and idiocy. Public land must be degazzetted before further allocation. If that was not done then hii yote ni mehemehe.
Secondly, it is only in shitholes where the sanctity of the title isn't respected with disastrous results. Invading a public utility is the height of impunity. In China for example, you will find road reserves spreading over hundreds of metres and not once will you find an illegal structure anywhere. When was the last time you heard of demolitions in Tanzania or Uganda affecting peasants?
