I would love to suggest that the interface be configured to be more user friendly.
I would also like if the messaging UI (user interface) bbe more of like that of facebook or whatsapp the current is somehow confusing

The site is fine as is. Most xenforo sites look just like this except for the colours/theme.

Actually, this is a very simple layout if compared with larger xenforo based forums.

Plus, people visit a whole bunch of social media sites daily and they don't have the same layout. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
