We as scouts can help in many ways:
1:we can help the admins to supply food stuffs given by the government to the poor families
2:we can do sensation of how to avoid contacting the disease to the members of the public

Every scout i interacted with since primary always had this sense of being better than normal students, in high school it was worse, they had their special food and were exempt from common chores, while we were doing hard labor they were practicing how to march, i developed a despise for them
