Some times back the contractors would approach you and offer to connect you instantly .They had all the items required Kwa magari zao .Mostly zilikuwa zile drops hazihitaji poles.i believe kplc lost more money using contractors kuliko wangejifanyia hiyo kazi .Kwa quote yangu kplc billed a 30 metres cable but actually the drop used less than 15 metres.Wale waliwekewa hizo stima wengine Hawako aware that the account doesn't read their name and most will never realise.
