It is a case of my enemy's enemy being my friend. I can be friends with Uhurus camp because he will never be elected president ever again. Whoever represents him knows that. On the contrary, Lootall has been in power for the past 8 years and all he has done is perfect his thieving games.
Lootall is the kind of a leader that sends his deputies to go steal from the public and share the loot with him. Once that happens, everyone starts stealing so long as they share the loot upwards. That's why we have the sorry state of affairs in the police's traffic 'duties'.
