They already knew the presence of the virus in Nov but the world came to know about it in January. Even if they diclosed about the severity of the virus, I still believe the virus had already penetrated to most territories....ie by january

That is not true. Trump refused to ban European travel to the US even after WHO said its appropriate. In fact, he only did so after Europe itself saw the necessity to close borders. Trump banned flights from China when WHo was still advising against doing so. Europe was a bomb waiting to explode and nobody really knew s of thousands had it already. The first reported case has been traced to November on the 17th when a 55 year old man, by december they only had 20 cases.

On the 30th of December 2019 a lab gave results of tests done on a pneumonia patient in which they indicated had been caused by sars-covid which was then leaked and publicised by doctors, China reported to WHO on the 31st of December that they couldnt identify the strain that they suspected to have caused the spike in pneumonia cases.
