For a container house 2million is not affordable but for 3 bdr stone and motar house 2 m will be considered affordable..... and yes you can build a decent house with 2 million.

You can build a three bedroom stone blocks house with 1.6m in a place where materials are available and affordable.

NB: Containers to be arranged both on the
