Dagoretti MPig KJ is the Designated Survivor

If Uhuru, Ruto, Speaker (Muturi/Lusaka ) were all out of commission at the same time God-forbid, who could be the " Designated Survivor" in Kenya ?
Going by the US Tv series, that person is designated by the current party in power( Jubilee). The role is just that of "place holder" and identified as a safe person with no ambition to being PORK> I nominate either that IT CS, Joseph Wakaba Mucheru , Rachel Omamo (Foreign Affairs)... or MP Duale to make it interesting.
