List of critical services...

How will the law enforcement guys distinguish between the critical service providers and the non critical service providers, that might turn out to be a complex operation, especially if mpesa is included in the payment financial services, thats like every business in kenya.

I don't know coz a member here asked me nilikufanya nini ndio ukaenda kunisengenya (his words) misri. So what did i have to with UG...au wacha tu...just forget it.
 
Na mpesa je @Pamba how will you distinguish mpesa attendant's from the target population ama hii ni partial curfew.? There is a lacuna there na as we all know when you guys ((police)(no hard feelings)) can't be trusted in interpretation of the law

How will these guys move about without nduthis, cabs and matatus on the roads 24/7? Maybe they should have explored the possibility of these institutions hiring transporters to ferry their employees home or to work, ama institutions could have hired hotels for their members of Staff to stay there instead of going home like NHS is doing for medical personnel in Britain, that needs to be addressed.
