Total lockdown is impossible for more than one week in a 3rd world country and a highly stratified city like Nairobi. The top 5% can stay indoors for years. The bottom 95% cannot stay indoors for one month.

I can live indoors for three years if only you give me food, clothing, shelter, unlimited internet and booze. Assuming I don't fall sick.
 
If you doubt Kenyas ability to effect a total lockdown you need to be examined. Stock up on non perishables, its getting worse!!!, am 98% guaranteed of a lockdown, up from 90% last week.

Schools to resume after 60 days minimum.
