I have been reading articles regarding the proposed Lamu refinery and the stars seems to be aligning faster than I can say two tutam .
First some people bought Tullow oil - Turkana .
For the last couple of weeks Dangote refinery talks are being discussed everywhere .This weekend some offshore rigs arrived pale Mombasa port since from the information flying around part of the Turkana crude will be refined pale Lamu .
Part of me likes the development but knowing Kenya ,the skewed clauses on the PPP's are what I fear the most .Anyway I can only hope for the best since everything seems to the signed and sealed .
