@Mwalimu-G was most concerned about punishing the concerned Kenyan who allegedly photographed a planeload of Chinese disembarking at JKIA with an honour guard of jumping Maasai warriors.

Hapo virusi vilitambaa kabisa and the vectors were sent to their various destinations with a vague instruction to 'self-quarantine'.

In Uganda, wakisema social distancing they mean it. Hapa ni club. In KE, ati clubs to close at 7.30 pm, as if the virus wont infect earlier than that.
