Hehehe. Haimaanishi kila kitu iwe runny. Kuna vile ukipika mayai you make sure the inside of the yolk does not fully solidify. Ibaki kuwa gooey somewhat. Kitu tamu sana with lots of rich flavor.

I've always been intrigued during my travels with how creative other people are with the same ingredients we have around. Maize flour doesn't just make ugali and even simple stuff like beans and eggs can create such a vast array of delicacies. Uzuri pia the missus is very adventurous in the kitchen.
 
Fun fact, you can slice ugali ya jana in the shape of French fries, shallow fry it and that slaps like a nonsense especially accompanied by something like semi-runny sunny side up eggs.
I always go for scrambled eggs with carrot and green salads.
Tamu kuliko sungush but never exceed 2 cm squire ugali otherwise you will dose the whole day Banae.
