Kumi bila break chants in Mukuru

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mimi wacha nicheke tu.

I have watched some videos on tiktok recently people visiting the houses and just appreciating how nice they look. For someone living in a 2 or 3 bedroom house the bed sitters might look flimsy.

But imagine someone who sleeps in a mabati shed, roof and walls leaking, the smell of sewage, a bathroom and toilet shared by 50 people. Someone like that moving to a bedsitter, which even has piped gas, a stand by generator, a police station, a soon to be built school and level 4 hospital. That person is living better than the ordinary middle class Kenyan all for the monthly price of 3900ksh.
Bottom Up economics haikukuambia that those Kenyans live on less than 1 USD per day? (KES 130 )

Haujajiuliza niaje hawakujenga huko ghetto?

If bado hamjui, then thats why we say WANTAM!

Nongwe.

None of the Mukuru houses were completed by the time Uhuru was leaving. In fact, there were plenty of delays over funding. It was made even worse by the court stopping AFH levy sometime back.

But there is a block of houses, I can't remember where, they had even built a parking lot and people even converted them to airbnbs.

We know this script by heart

Mliona tenats wakisema zile za Gara hakuna maji, stima Shifa hizi za kasongo muenendo huo huo aste aste. We the bright are here asking heavy questions tukingoja

Reason why 'affordable housing' should be best left to the private sector, by providing incentives such as tax breaks. Government trying to be a broker for PR purposes only introduces inefficiencies
