If KANU wants to shed its past image it should come out clearly and renounce it. Run full page ads of apologies in the newspapers for a month plus and a media campaign online and in radio stations saying openly how they regret being a vehicle for murderous corrupt regimes in the past.

How you are willing to whitewash KANU is how you whitewashed you current chief tormentor.

I don't know Octopizzo well, he is some celebrity I guess because I've come across his name on social media, but I am firmly with him on this one

Don't overthink it. No one is absolving KANU - of which, come to think of it critically isn't a guilty party of all the atrocities that people who belonged to that party did. Same thing with Standard group that is now siding with wananchi while we know it's an enterprise of the Mois.

KANU should actually be dead and being studied in schools about how it shaped Kenya's history. But in moments like this, a little humour is good for the soul.
