These western countries are enablers too. They need to ban these politicians and their families from travel, study of their kids (PEPs) from traveling there.

This was a psychological operation. He knows he cannot convince central voters so the next best thing is to create the impression that he still can gather crowds. The rest of the country, seeing those crowds, have no idea they were hired. And if central can listen to him, who wouldn't? So, the objective is to create favorable optics using hired crowds.
