With BRICS, Chinese rise, challenge to the dollar, peak oil, Taiwan issue, and the effects of sanctions, the US cannot afford a military contest with Russia over Ukraine. The Ukraine conflict has woken up Russia, who will never again rely on western economies for technology supplies. In a few years, Russia will be competing with Western firms in many technological fields in which they enjoyed supremacy but which they abandoned in favor of free markets.

Trump has always been pro peace. Infact he previously wanted to end the Ukraine war 'on day one', until the situation was made too complicated by the Biden govt
 
Don't give two ishts about billionaires who use the World as their playground. Just wondering now that wokeness is dead, can we have this back?

Nothing about strategic..it was clear to all and sundry Ukraine is playing paka mielo games...they lost unnecessary territory and even worse precious life.
 
When the comedian was billions of dollars from Biden which he shared with his cronies while sending forcing Ukrainian youth into the trenches to die a pointless death in a pointless war he thought it was all for free.

Now Trump demands he pay back with Ukrainian resources, and he's still crying it was free money



The reason he did not want quick negotiations to end the war is so that he can profit off the deaths of his own people. People who had no choice and were kidnapped by state agents from their homes and the streets and sent to the battlefield without proper training.

I think as part of the deal, Trump should force Zelensky to conduct elections at the soonest opportunity.
