The sentiment I got is that other Africans are repelled by Kenyan politicians' sense of entitlement.

It seems there's so much money to steal in Kenya that they become really arrogant and project that externally. The Djibouti guy arrived like a professional diplomat, but Kenyans went there making noise like villagers cheering a bullfight. Something fundamental needs to be fixed in Kenyan politics
